Revenue Cycle Management is an essential part of your business and must be managed by someone you trust who is consistently submitting your claims, working rejections, posting payments and keeping your accounts receivable at a minimum.
We can take care of all of it or just some of the pieces. You are investing in 2 individuals who care about your practice and do not take the opportunity to work with you for granted. The better we are at our jobs the higher your collections will be.
You will receive all of the following for 7%* of Medical and 4%* of Vision collections:
- Claims Scrubbing/Filing
- Working Rejections
- Secondary Claims
- Resubmitting
- Post Medical and Vision Insurance Explanation of Benefits
- Challenge non payment or incorrect payments on claims
- Working your Aging (less than 12 months)
- Review Patient Statements
- Identify trends and notify you of common issues
- Provide retraining to staff
- Reconcile monthly insurance deposits
- Monthly reporting and 30 minute review meeting
There are no minimums.
*Percentages do not include patient copays.
Additional services not included in the fee above and can be added:
- Post patient payments
- Send patient statements
- Cleaning up accounts receivable over 12 months
