“When we signed our contract to go with Revolution, they gave us access to the Google classroom which had over 100 little videos in separate sections that we had to watch.  They essentially just said “go ahead and watch all these videos, and email us if you have any questions.”  So we divided all the videos into different sections and assigned a section every few days for the staff to watch.  But after a few weeks we learned that wasn’t really helpful because our staff is more hands-on and we needed a more personalized approach.  We needed something a little more tailored to each of the staff’s unique styles of learning.  I learned of Scrubs through one of the Facebook Revolution groups and I joined the Scrubs Revolution Facebook page.  I was still of the mindset that we could watch all the individual videos on our own, but I wanted to see if we could hire trainers to fly out on our go-live day to make sure things ran smoothly.  This is when I spoke with you and Jennifer during the initial video call.  I had no idea that you offered a 6 week training course where you met with each staff individually.  I honestly didn’t know how involved the learning process was until we hired you and we started doing the 1 on 1 practice sessions.
