Kathryn “Kat” Londo
My name is Kat Londo. I started my career in Optometry in 2008. I worked in an office for two Providers in a suburb of Madison, Wisconsin. In 2010, on the advice of my former manager, I joined a new Optometric EHR software company that was created by a small team of Midwesterners. The inception of RevolutionEHR was in 2006. I was employee number 12 when I joined in 2010. In the beginning, customer support, training etc. were all handled by a small (3 person) team. RevolutionEHR expanded rapidly as the Meaningful Use program lit the EHR flame. Soon a Customer Support team was developed and staffed by Subject Matter Experts (SME’s). A dedicated group of trainers made up an Onboarding team and customers were serviced and supported by enthusiastic and dedicated RevolutionEHR employees. A billing team was created as well as many “Solutions” added by an expert team of engineers to enhance the efficiency of the private practice Optometrists that dominated the clientele base.
I worked my way through one-on-one trainer, electronic claims management/support and eventually settled in my absolute favorite position as an Implementation Specialist on the Onboarding Team. I left my position in September of 2021 as a result of an illness suffered by an immediate family member that needed my full attention.
In early 2023 I joined a former RevolutionEHR co-worker (Jennifer/Sketch Scacciaferro). She was the VP of Revenue Cycle Management for a tele-optometry company and I was the Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management. Together, we managed the training and RCM for over 100 locations. The company utilized RevolutionEHR for practice management (including RCM).
In May of 2024, the virtual optometry company changed direction and Jennifer and I decided to utilize our extensive Rev knowledge and experience (almost 20 years combined) to create our own LLC. Our goal is to train, set up and bill for RevolutionEHR customers in the original, ethical “RevolutionEHR way”. We believe that anyone that knows their job can learn to utilize RevolutionEHR successfully with skilled, patient guidance. We look forward to listening, learning and if you will allow, assisting you in reaching your goals!
Jennifer “Sketch” Scacciaferro
Prior to joining RevolutionEHR; I worked at an Optometry Practice in multiple roles at front desk, technician, and marketing associate.
I joined RevolutionEHR in 2014 and remained there until 2020. I onboarded, trained and supported over 150 practices from sign-on to go-live. Ensuring they all had a smooth transition while providing locations with a full understanding of the RevolutionEHR with one-one-one training. This level of support attributed to the high customer satisfaction and long-term success. That experience led me to assist the Coaching team headed by Mike Rothschild, OD. We gathered and analyzed client data from RevolutionEHR. Developed training materials, and guided clients through new processes which drove business and clinical improvements. For the remainder of time at RevolutionEHR I was an Account Manager. My role included identifying customer needs, providing tailored recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by acting as a trusted advisor.
In 2021, I joined 20/20NOW as a Corporate Training Manager. They used RevolutionEHR and I was brought on to train the locations and 3rd party billing company on proper use of RevolutionEHR. As the VP of Revenue Cycle Management my goal was to streamline financial processes, ensuring swift and accurate transactions and transition billing in house. My tenure was marked by the development of a team (this included Kat) adept at meeting tight claim filing deadlines and improving financial reporting. My responsibility extended to managing a robust reconciliation process between software systems, enhancing accuracy in sales and patient receipts. These efforts were pivotal in incorporating a payment system that bolstered efficiency, exemplifying my expertise in billing process innovation and my ability to deliver detailed reporting and analysis that informed key business decisions.
Kat and I decided to go out on our own to help offices. We have maintained the culture that RevolutionEHR had when were there in the early years. We want you to focus on patient care. We will support and train your teams one-on-one to ensure they are able to use RevolutionEHR efficiently in your practice.
